Simply Sweets is dedicated to creating unique and delicious sweets in Japan. Many of our sweets come from classic homestyle recipes. We specialize in Cheesecakes, Brownies, Carrot Cakes, Cupcakes and more. All our sweets are made by hand with the greatest of care using the freshest and finest of ingredients available.

- ハワイ出身で昔からベーキングが情熱的に大好きで、20年以上のファイナンス業界でのキャリアを残し現在のベーキングを人に教える事を心から楽しんでいます。
レコルドンブルーのパテシエ卒業生でもあり、ニューヨークの料理学校Institute of Culinary Educationでも学んできました。2008年に英語のお菓子教室を開催しました。

- Baking has been a passion of mine since I baked my first cake as a teenager living in Hawaii.
Since then I've never stopped learning and trying new recipes.
In 2007 I graduated from Le Cordon Bleu of Tokyo with a diploma in pastry.
I also have taken many courses at the Institute of Culinary Education in New York City.
